On December 8, 2021, Tackle experienced a system issue that prevented new order notifications from being sent. This outage lasted from 13:27 PST to 20:13 PST. By 20:30 PST all missed notifications were processed and delivered.
Marketplace orders during this time were successful in the Marketplace and customers were successfully subscribed. Tackle identified and confirmed these orders during this outage and remediation efforts. We have also determined that no other area or functionality of the Tackle platform was impacted.
